We performed a comprehensive discovery phase with J21 utilizing a content audit, stakeholder interviews, competitor analysis, and finally a review of available
e-commerce platforms.

The redesigned website showcases e-commerce best practices in offering simplified site navigation, using bold imagery, and offering product recommendations with an emphasis on product benefits. The fully responsive layout caters to mobile users which makes up the majority of visits to the site.

Since the relaunch, J21 Skincare has received features in Glamour, Vogue, and numerous fashion blogs.
